During one of my trips to Comox, I discovered a remarkable place called Medicine Bowls. Intrigued, I decided to explore it, and it quickly became one of my favorite destinations near the Comox Valley. The bowls are a collection of stunning pools of water, delicately carved into smooth rocks over countless years of erosion. Their beauty is captivating, and for the adventurous, they offer an exhilarating opportunity for jumping in. A bit further downstream, there is also a more easily accessible and pleasant swimming hole.

During my visit, it was around 5 pm, and the sun cast a perfect light through the forest, creating a magical ambiance. To capture this tranquility, I employed the long exposure technique, freezing the moment and etching a sense of serenity into the photograph.
