A Two-Day Mindful Camping Experience

Spending time in nature brings immense joy—but staying overnight in the great outdoors? That’s where the real magic begins. So I dreamed up something special: a two-day mindful adventure with an overnight hammock camping experience. To make it even more memorable, I’ve partnered with my friends at Hawk Nest Hammocks—each participant will get to sleep in one of their cozy, elevated hammock tents! And if you fall in love with it (which you probably will), you’ll also receive an exclusive discount to purchase your own. During our time together, we’ll explore scenic trails, unwind at a beautiful lake, play creative games, do a grounding breathwork session, and simply enjoy the peace that only nature can offer.
