Reflect to Reconnect
This was our first time presenting an immersive exhibition at the Contemporary Museum, as part of a larger group show — and it became a memorable milestone for us.
In our dedicated section, Jared Judge and I introduced visitors to our multi-sensory approach: large-format landscape photography paired with calming soundscapes and guided meditation elements.
Even within a busy exhibition environment, people paused, listened, and allowed themselves to slow down.
The feedback we received confirmed that our mission to help others reconnect with nature and find a moment of calm truly resonates.
This experience at Contemporary Museum encouraged us to keep expanding this vision and bring it to new spaces and audiences in the future.

Immersive Exhibition at Calgary Central Library
In August 2025, I Had the Opportunity to Share My Immersive Exhibition and Its Healing Power with More People by Installing It in One of Calgary’s Most Beautiful Buildings: the Central Library.
What to Expect
Attendees of Reconnect can expect a multi-sensory experience that extends beyond sight—inviting them to engage with nature through sound, scent, and emotion. The exhibition is designed to inspire a deeper connection to nature and highlight its healing power. Guests will also be invited to participate in a simple breathing exercise to fully immerse themselves in the moment. Through this journey, visitors are encouraged to slow down and make space in their busy lives for reflection, peace, and rejuvenation in the natural world.
About the Exhibition
The exhibition at Central Library is a continuation of my immersive project called Reconnect: The Healing Power of Nature, which first opened at the Calgary Marriott Hotel in November 2024. I created this exhibition to raise awareness about the importance of spending time in nature for our mental well-being. Thanks to the support of Central Library, I now have the opportunity to reach more people—and hopefully inspire many of them to reconnect with the natural world.
Featuring four large-scale 6x4 ft canvas prints, the exhibition goes beyond visual storytelling. Each piece is accompanied by carefully curated sound and scent elements to engage the senses and create a deeper emotional connection. Next to each artwork, you’ll find a written story and a QR code—scan it to listen to a melody composed by Calgary based artist Jared Judge, crafted specifically to complement the mood of each scene. Visitors are also invited to use natural-scented wooden sticks to complete this multi-sensory journey.
Running from August 1 to 31, 2025, this exhibition is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world—even in the middle of a busy urban setting.
