Immersive Exhibition at
Contemporary Museum
About the exhibition
In December 13th 2025, I was presenting a new immersive installation titled Reflect to Reconnect, created to encourage stillness, awareness, and a deeper connection to nature.
Reflect to Reconnect is an immersive installation designed to ground the viewer in stillness. The artwork features a serene mountain lake reflecting the landscape with absolute clarity, creating a visual metaphor for inner reflection.
The experience was deepened with a calming soundtrack by Jarod Judge, a gentle scent reminiscent of the outdoors and a mirror beside the piece where viewers are invited to pause, look inward, and reconnect with themselves.
The combination of image, sound, breath, and scent was designed to calm the mind, ground the body, and create a space where visitors can ask themselves meaningful questions about balance, overwhelm, and their relationship with nature. My intention is to remind people that time outdoors is not just beautiful, it is essential, healing, and restorative.
This installation was part of TRACE, a curated one-night art experience at Contemporary Calgary. TRACE brings together artists in an immersive gallery-style setting, and I’m excited to share this new work as part of the event.
