"Where the Land Breathes" is my first-ever collage. I created it as a way to bring more of my landscape work into a single frame and share a broader story of the places I’ve explored over the years.
This piece combines eleven photographs taken across Alberta and British Columbia. Each image represents a real moment I experienced while being out there, often in quiet, meaningful conditions that stayed with me long after I left.
 
Putting them together allowed me to see these moments in a new way. It’s not just a collection of images, but a reflection of how I experience nature over time. This collage reminds me why I started and continues to make me smile every time I look at it. My hope is that it can inspire others and share a bit of the healing power that nature has given me.
