A few years ago I had a simple idea.
What if I could take people into the mountains, hand them a camera and show them that landscape photography is not as unreachable as it seems?
I remember being a beginner. Standing in front of an incredible view in the Rocky Mountains and not knowing how to capture it. The moment felt magical, but the photo didn’t match what I saw.
It took me many years to understand light, composition and timing. And I realized something important: many people love nature and photography, but they never try because they think it is too complicated or expensive.
That is why I created these experiences.
I take people to beautiful locations in Calgary and the Rocky Mountains where we explore, try different cameras and play creative photography games. I bring all the professional gear, so you don’t need any equipment.
At the end of the experience you receive your favourite photo printed and ready to hang on your wall.
The goal is simple: enjoy the mountains, spark creativity and experience photography in a fun way.

This experience is designed to help you create a personalized landscape photograph that will later be professionally printed. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to reconnect with nature, try professional photography equipment, and be guided by an experienced landscape photographer.
You’ll have access to top-quality gear while I share my knowledge to help you capture a unique, high-quality image. Something you can proudly print and hang in your home or office.
Together, we’ll explore some of my favourite hidden spots in Calgary or the Rockies, places I’ve chosen for their amazing light and breathtaking views. Along the way, I’ll share what I’ve learned about light, composition, gear, perspective and visual storytelling, in a way that’s easy to understand and fun to practice.
