Have you ever looked at a beautiful landscape photograph and wondered how it was created?
Maybe photography has always interested you, but learning about cameras, light, composition and editing felt overwhelming. Professional equipment can cost thousands of dollars and mastering landscape photography often takes years of practice.
This experience is designed for people who are curious about photography and creativity, but want to explore it in a fun and approachable way.
We begin at Eau Claire Athletic Club, where you'll visit Mike's exhibition and hear the stories behind the images. From there, we'll walk through Prince's Island Park and discover Calgary from a different perspective.
Along the way, you'll use professional photography equipment provided for you and take part in creative photography games designed to help you see, explore and create. You'll learn simple techniques, experiment with different perspectives and build your own collection of images without the pressure of needing previous experience.
After the experience, you'll receive access to a private online gallery and three professionally printed images of your choice, ready to decorate your home, office or creative space.
